Welcome back for the second of three posts I am writing on Courtney and Cameron’s real Fairfax, Virginia at-home wedding at-home wedding.
If you missed it, check out yesterday’s post about the real home wedding details. Today I am showing off the awesome reception tent for this Fairfax, Virginia home wedding, and the delicious buffet dinner from Design Cuisine. We planned the menu to be perfect for a warm summer night. I do think we succeeded.
The reception tent is a white vinyl pole tent. It had only seating, with a long head table for both families, and open seating at the round tables for the rest of the guests. In order to accommodate the open seating, we had more seats set than guests attending.
The tent and lighting were done by the best tent company there is: Skyline Tents. The tables, chairs, linens, and all tabletop items (chargers, glassware, that adorable embroidered napkin) were all from DC Rental.
And the florals were done by the incomparable Holly Chapple. The menu cards were by Smock, via The Dandelion Patch – same as the wedding invitation.
Once again I must thank Michelle Lindsay for the awesome photos.
